As a customer, right in the app under "Support" — every request is handled as a ticket with a traceable conversation; replies appear in the app with a notification. Without an account, use the contact form: you receive a ticket number, the reply arrives by email, and your response is automatically attached to the same case.
All plans can be cancelled monthly — right in the customer portal, no phone call, no notice-period tricks. We are, after all, a tool against hidden contract traps.
You can export all your data as CSV at any time. After your contract ends we retain your data for 90 days (in case you return) and then delete it completely and verifiably.
